Curtsy Step-Ups, Good Mornings, Thread the Needle

This Zoom workout consists of three circuits, each beginning with a Squat Jack to get the heart rate up and increase cardio intensity. The exercises that follow focus on combining strength and functional movements.

Circuit 1:

-Squat Jack

-Curtsy Step Up Curl – A lower-body move targeting the glutes, combined with an upper-body bicep curl to work the arms.

-Elevated Push Up – A chest and tricep-focused push-up variation with added intensity from elevation.

Circuit 2:

-Squat Jack

-B Stance Good Morning Pulse – A glute and hamstring-focused movement, performed in a split stance for more isolation, with pulses for added intensity.

-Calf Raise Press – A full-body move targeting the calves and shoulders with the press adding an overhead component.

Circuit 3:

-Squat Jack

-Thread the Needle – A core-focused exercise that also involves coordination and mobility, targeting the obliques.

-Feet Elevated Frog Pump Crusher – A glute-focused movement performed with feet elevated to add intensity, finished with a tricep crusher for upper-body engagement.

Each circuit offers a well-rounded combination of cardio, strength, and functional movements designed for a total-body workout.
