Zoom Classes


Train with us from home! My 30 Zoom classes are designed with models and dancers in mind using minimal weight and equipment, focusing on lower body with quick and efficient workouts. Although anyone can do them, they are advanced!

Equipment needed:

-3-5lb dumbbells

-your favorite hip band

-any type of sturdy step/chair/box between 8”-18”

-yoga/exercise mat/towel for comfort

-floor sliders
