Welcome ProFocus!
These quick 30 minute classes are designed with the dancer in mind. We focus on utilizing big range of motions through dance-specific movement patterns to enhance functional strength, conditioning, balance and flexibility. I call this “dynamic cardio” because its a blend of bodyweight strength training and high intensity cardio so you’ll see some of the benefits of both during these classes!
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we’ll be doing full-body
Tuesdays and Thursdays we’ll be focusing on glutes and abs
